Jacob Rosnick

I'm from Weirton, West Virginia, and I've always had a passion for sports. Growing up, I played football and baseball, and my senior year, my team made it to the state baseball championship—only to come up just short. Despite that loss, I walked on to the WVU baseball team, though I was eventually cut. I didn’t let that stop me, though, and I joined the WVU Club Baseball Team, where we made it to the national tournament in Kansas.

I studied finance in undergrad, but my real passion ended up being law, so I made the decision to attend WVU Law School. While in law school, I competed in trial competitions and worked in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, where we helped West Virginia veterans secure the benefits they were entitled to. It was an incredibly rewarding experience that solidified my desire to pursue a career in law.

After graduating, I took the bar exam in July 2024 and passed. I’m now practicing at Meadows Law, where I focus on criminal defense and certain civil cases. I’ve had the chance to defend a wide variety of criminal cases, and every day brings something new.

I also train local baseball players privately at Top Prospects in Morgantown.

Outside of work, I train in Muay Thai, love gaming, and enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
